Thank you for those that have registered for the 2021 American Autonomic Society Virtual Meeting, November 4-6, 2021. (If you have not yet registered, please do so now.)
Our virtual meeting is less than 2 weeks away!! The final program schedule can be found on our website.
Like last year, we will be using the Whova meeting app (mobile and web) but with some new enhancements to the virtual meeting experience.
The meeting app will “go live” on October 28 so that you will have a week to visit exhibitors, interact with colleagues and preview virtual posters. Only registered attendees will have access to the meeting app.
- When the meeting goes live, you will also be able to update your profile with a picture and other information to improve your interaction with other attendees
- Upload Virtual posters by October 28. Poster presenters have already received information with a link from Whova for uploading. Notify us if you have any questions or difficulties. Posters should be uploaded in PDF format, and presenters have the option to include a short video (< 3 minutes) along with the poster.
- Send slides for oral presentation in advance. Presenters for oral presentations should send a copy of their slides to Amber by November 2 so that we will have a backup copy in case of technical difficulties. However, if you have been notified of a conflict of interest, your slides are due now.
