    The Presidential Dinner will be on Friday, November 4th at 7:00 PM. (On-site purchase of dinner tickets cannot be guaranteed).

  • The fund will be used to support travel awards for young investigators and a plenary lecture at the AAS annual meeting.

  • Cancellation Policy:

  • Written notification of additional Presidential Dinner Ticket cancellations must be received on the indicated date to obtain a refund.

     

    By October 21, 2016: Full refund. After October 21, 2016: No refund.

     

    In case of cancellation of the meeting by the organization due to unexpected circumstances (for example, terrorist or environmental disasters), participants can reclaim their Presidential Dinner Ticket fees. The organization cannot be held responsible for cancellation costs of hotels, airline tickets or other arrangements.
