Abstract Submission Guidelines

Deadline for AAS2020 abstract submission has passed.

Click here to submit your abstract for the 2020 Virtual AAS meeting: https://is.gd/aas2020_abstracts

Submission of an abstract to #AAS2020 is FREE and selected abstracts will be published in a special edition of Clinical Autonomic Research.

  • Limit your abstract to 350 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and funding).
  • Figures and tables are not allowed.
  • Authors need not be members of the AAS nor be sponsored by a member. Acceptances will be based solely on quality.
  • Spell out abbreviated terms at first use.
  • Prepare your abstract body (including title, authors, affiliations, funding) in a MS Word document. You will be asked to cut and paste the text of your abstract into the online program.

During the submission process, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred presentation method: Oral Virtual Platform and/or Virtual Poster Blitz which includes an oral summary of the poster.  Others will have the opportunity to present their ePoster, answer questions, and interact virtually with attendees.

Submission of an abstract to #AAS2020 is a commitment on the part of the presenting author to participate the virtual meeting and present the abstract, if it is accepted for presentation.
