The Cardiovascular Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee is accepting applications for its T32 Postdoctoral Fellowship in Cardiovascular Sciences.  Application deadline for the next cycle is Friday, Sept 13, 2019

The postdoctoral fellow will:

  • Create and follow a personalized training plan
  • Be mentored by a team (choose from over 45 faculty mentors)
  • Receive training in core competencies
  • Receive a stipend 11% higher than NRSA levels (A. O. Smith Fellowship Scholars Program)

The program provides up to 3 years of broad-based, personalized, supportive, and rigorous training in specific areas of scientific excellence in a highly-integrated research environment incorporating mentoring teams with access to an extensive research infrastructure at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.  Applicants should be highly-motivated, ambitious, productive, and have (or anticipate having) a PhD, PharmD, MD, or DO in a relevant research area such as biology, molecular biology, genetics, immunology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or physiology.

  • Atherosclerosis, Thrombosis, & Vascular Biology
  • Cardiac Biology & Heart Failure
  • Hypertension
  • Precision Cardiovascular Medicine
