20 Sep 2021 AAS Virtual Meeting Early Registration EXTENDED
Dear AAS members and friends,
The 2021 AAS Virtual Meeting (November 4-6) is shaping up to be a great event. If you have not yet registered, please join us. Early registration rates have been extended through October 5. https://americanautonomicsociety.org/conference-registration/
If you had an Abstract accepted for presentation, you must register for the meeting. All accepted abstract presenters (poster or platform) will need to submit a virtual poster in PDF format by October 28 and you have the option to create a short (> 3 min) recorded video describing your work. The posters and videos will be available to view throughout the meeting.
All authors and co-authors of Abstracts selected for platform presentations during the meeting are required to submit a disclosure form for the CME office before September 24. If all authors do not submit a disclosure, the presentation will not be eligible for CME credit and may be removed from the program. Check your email for instructions from the CME office (UT Southwestern).
We have over 215 registrants so far and over 135 abstracts will be presented at the meeting.
This year, the virtual meeting will have new features including live poster session interactions with the presenters. The popular “Debate” session and “Ultimate Autonomic Case Challenge” will be back at the meeting. And, several other engaging activities to complement the rich clinical and scientific program.
Don’t miss out and register now. We are looking forward to seeing all the extraordinary presentations,
Steve Vernino, MD, PhD
President, American Autonomic Society
