06 Sep Ultimate Autonomic Challenge: Case Presentation Submission
The American Autonomic Society is calling for your participation in the 2022 Ultimate Autonomic Challenge. The 5th Ultimate Autonomic Challenge (UAC-5) will be held during a 120-minute session at the 33rd International Symposium on the Autonomic Nervous System on November 2, 2022. It will be based on four pre-scripted interactive clinical cases, addressing a difficult autonomic nervous system dilemma (diagnosis, management, prognosis, or patient counselling). The event organizer will chair the session, and three expert AAS faculty will moderate and facilitate the activity. One faculty member of AAS or advance trainee will present the case to the audience (15 min PowerPoint presentation and 10 min Q&A). An Audience Response System (ARS) will be used to provide the audience with interactive questions about the case in real-time. At the end of each case presentation, there will be time for an interactive Q&A discussion moderated by the faculty panel. We will also collect feedback about the session from the audience.
