Pennington Biomedical Research Center, a world-renowned academic research institute of Louisiana State University, is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Sleep and Cardiometabolic Health Laboratory.
The postdoctoral researcher will work with an interactive research group in the study of the molecular and physiological aspects of sleep mediated changes in cardiometabolicrisk. Candidates should be interested in how eating duration alters cardiometabolicrisk and circadian misalignment in habitual short sleepers. This fellowship will provide training and hands-on research experience in clinical trials, cardiometabolicrisk assessments, sleep study and basic bench lab techniques. The fellow will also assist with study implementation and develop his or her own research niche.
