Autonomic Course Registration

Written notification of registration cancellation must be received on the indicated date to obtain a refund.

 

Before September 1:  Full refund minus $10 handling fee. Between September 1 and October 1:  50% refund. After October 1:  No refund.

 

In case of cancellation of the meeting by the organization due to unexpected circumstances (for example, terrorist or environmental disasters), participants can reclaim registration fees minus $10 handling fee. The organization cannot be held responsible for cancellation costs of hotels, airline tickets or other arrangements.

Enter the account information and billing address for the credit card you are using for payment.   Your address MUST match the billing information on file with your credit card.  

Disclaimer: AAS will have photographers and media correspondents present at the annual meeting. Therefore, please note that any photographs taken at the AAS annual meeting may be used in future AAS publications, online or in other AAS materials.
